About the Event
AASC Executive director(Jamie Harris) will register the Arkansas delegation attending the conference at Rio Rancho High in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this June. For Arkansas delegates, the cost (checks paid to AASC) will be $225. This includes registration fee along with t-shirts and state pins for trading.
The final deadline to register each state delegation is April 10th. Jamie would need all of your names (grade level or advisor indication) and shirt sizes by April 1st in order to get all of the information sorted and to get everyone registered by the 10th. Financial payment to Jamie would not be until May 1st.
The $225 fee does not include hotel stay nor transportation to and from Albuquerque.
